By Car 
We are about a mile west of the city centre and 2 miles east of the A1/A69 junction. For access to the Newcastle University buildings in the Academic Quarter, the best entrance is from the north of the CAV site using the Studley Terrace entrance.

Parking
A limited amount of public pay-and-display parking is available on site in those areas managed by the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals Trust. Details of charges can be found on the notices in each zone. These areas are monitored by an automated number plate recognition system. The Blue zone is available for public parking and is between the Ageing Research Labs and Centre for the Health of the Elderly.

By Bus
From Eldon Square (Blackett Street) use route 12 to Nunsmoor Road, or routes 39 and 40 to Westgate Road. From Central Station use routes 10 or 38 to Westgate Road.
